Shipping

• I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. 
• All packages excluding custom orders are shipped off within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. 
• Packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
• I will always ship USPS Ground Advantage or similar through UPS for normal package 
• Insurance / Priority Mail can be added with your own money. 
• If you provide the incorrect address and the item is sent back to sender, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to resend it to you.

Refunds

• All sales are final
• Refunds / trade-backs are ONLY considered when the condition or damage does not match what has been stated. 
• Shipping is covered by the customer if refund is approved.
